Our primary office is conveniently located in the West End. Our address is 1650 West End Blvd, Suite 100, Saint Louis Park. The office is located in the Regus suite, which is on the second floor of the building.

Todd is in network with most major insurance companies. Elly is out of network at this time. Feel free to reach out for more information about whether we take your insurance, and see our "Rates" page for out of network costs.

Yes. If you are not using insurance, we would be happy to provide you with documentation to provide to your insurance company for an out of network therapist. Depending on what your plan is, your insurance may reimburse you for some of the cost of therapy.

The cost of services depends on several factors, including whether you are using insurance, what insurance you have, and your therapist. We do our best to make fees transparent to you at the start of our work together. The "No Surprises Act" applies to mental health services, and thus if you would like an estimate on what you can expect to pay for therapy, contact us and we will be happy to provide one. Elly does offer a sliding scale which is offered by client request and based on financial need. 

At the start of therapy, we will talk with you about how we can support you in easily paying fees. Most of our clients choose to have a card on file with us which can be charged after each session. You can choose to pay by HSA, credit/debit card, or cash.
