A Diagnostic Assessment is an important initial appointment to help us get to know one another and begin the process of determining what is keeping you stuck. Understanding your experience and background allows us to know how best to help you move forward.

Todd is not accepting couples therapy referrals at this time.

Couples therapy involves sessions focused on improving your relationship. We do this through exploring vulnerable emotions, processing feelings of hurt or sadness that may be beneath feelings of anger, identifying the conflict cycle and how to interrupt it, gaining new, more effective communication strategies, and exploring creative ways to better meet your needs.
